Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $99 for customers in the contiguous 48 United States. For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies.

Please note that this free shipping offer is limited to the continental U.S. and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. For these territories additional shipping charges will apply, and our team will work with you to provide the best available shipping options.

Oversized items — such as ATV fenders, snowmobile hoods, and UTV body parts — may require freight shipping, which incurs additional charges. If your order includes oversized items that require freight shipping, our support team will contact you after your order is placed to discuss your options and confirm any additional costs.

Apparel Exchanges

If an article of apparel doesn’t fit properly, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct size — free of charge for the first exchange. However, certain closeout or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange due to limited availability. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Restocking Fee

If an item needs to be returned for reasons other than a sizing exchange, a $25 restocking fee may apply. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition and packaging according to our return policy to avoid additional charges.

Making a Purchase

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To get started, browse through our “SHOP” catalogs and select the items you’re interested in by clicking “ADD TO CART.” Feel free to add multiple items to your cart. When you’re ready, click “ITEMS” near the shopping cart icon at the top of the page to review your selections. You can adjust your cart or proceed to checkout from there. Once finalized, click “PAY SECURELY NOW” and follow the prompts to provide the necessary details to complete your order.

We accept payments via all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Canceling Your Order

Orders are processed immediately after being placed. If you need to cancel your order, please note that cancellations may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. However, we’ll do our best to work with you and find a suitable solution.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are processed promptly by our team upon placement. Delivery times shown at checkout are approximate and should be considered estimates. Factors such as backorders, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery timelines. For orders marked as “customer pickup,” you’ll be notified when your order is ready for pickup at our Grand Rapids, MI facility.
Ordering Owner Manuals & Apparel

OEM owner manuals, service manuals, and clothing lines may require additional shipping time. These items are often specially ordered, and delays in their availability could impact the overall delivery timeline for your order. We’ll continue to process your order as quickly as possible to minimize any delays.

Backorders

If an item in your order is unavailable or not readily accessible from the manufacturer, it will be placed on backorder. In such cases, we’ll contact you via email or phone to provide estimated release dates and shipping options. You’ll have the choice to cancel the backordered item(s) or wait for availability. Please note that cancellations for backordered items typically do not incur a fee; however, cancellations for in-stock items that have already been ordered from the manufacturer may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Credit Card Security

Your security is our top priority. When you place an order, your credit card details are encrypted using 128-bit encryption technology and are only decrypted once they reach our service center. Card information is not stored in plain text on any website and is not viewable by anyone. Additionally, we do not store credit card data from internet transactions in any database. To date, we’ve had no documented cases of credit card fraud using our secure shopping system.

Batteries

All batteries are shipped dry without acid. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship lithium-ion batteries at this time.

Core Charges

Certain items, such as cylinders, crankshafts, and short blocks, are subject to core charges:

  • Cylinder Core Charge: $75
  • Crankshaft Core Charge: $200
  • Short Block Core Charge: $750
Orders that include items with core charges will be placed on hold until the charges are confirmed. We will attempt to contact you twice regarding any additional costs. If no response is received after the second attempt, the order will be canceled.
