Return Policy
Please make sure that any item you return is packaged in a way that you would want to receive it yourself.
Packaging
- Returned items must be enclosed in their original packaging. This includes all boxes, plastic containers, plastic bags, or equivalent protective packaging.
- Items sold in vacuum-sealed packaging cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. Once the vacuum seal is broken, the item is no longer considered to be in "new condition."
- Packaging that has been torn, damaged, or is otherwise non-resalable cannot be accepted, as the item will no longer be considered "new."
Tags and Accessories
- Original packaging also includes any tags, information booklets, instructions, stickers, or similar accessories.
- For example, helmets must be returned with visor clings, jackets must include tags, and hard parts must come with any informational sheets or inserts.
Secure Packing
- Please pack your return securely to avoid damage during transit. If we receive a damaged item, we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred and, therefore, cannot accept it as a return.
- Do not use the original product packaging as the shipping container. Instead, place the original packaging inside a larger, separate shipping container. For added convenience, we recommend reusing the box your items were originally shipped in.
Documentation
- Be sure to include the original invoice or other necessary contact information with your return to ensure timely processing.
Shipping Instructions
To ensure your return or exchange reaches us without any issues, follow these shipping guidelines:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- All return shipments must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) or any variation of this process. Any package shipped C.O.D. will be rejected upon delivery and returned to the sender.
- Shipping return labels can be obtained during the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by contacting us.
- If you choose to use your own carrier, please select one that offers tracking and/or insurance services. This helps ensure the safe delivery of your return.
Defective Products & Warranties
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance. As a retailer, we sell products sourced from many manufacturers, each of whom may offer their own product warranties. Copies of these warranties are available upon request.
We do not provide or honor warranties beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. Additionally, we are not responsible for the use, installation, or workmanship of the products.
As a courtesy to our customers, we may accept defective items for return. However, this does not imply liability or validation of a claim. Any accepted items will either be returned to the manufacturer or held for inspection as part of their warranty process.
Notice
- Restocking Fee. All returns for OEM and Aftermarket parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Apparel Exchanges. Apparel items that do not fit correctly can be exchanged for the right size at no additional cost.
- Return Deadline. Any return submitted after 15 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items. Electrical items, decals, stickers, emblems, and similar products are non-returnable and will not be approved for return under any circumstances.
